What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day team operations by reviewing priorities, assigning workloads, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor team performance and delivery against KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement towards operational goals.
• Set weekly priorities and allocate resources to focus on activities that deliver the greatest business impact.
• Develop and support team members through regular coaching, performance management, and ongoing feedback to strengthen capability and engagement.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues and partner with senior leadership to support decision-making, strengthen team culture, and reinforce organizational values.
  
  
  

Key Criteria

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar environment, with demonstrated success in operations or team leadership roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders via phone and email.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities, with experience owning KPIs, driving team performance, and fostering a strong culture of engagement and accountability.
  
  
  

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 6 months, aligned with AU business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
