Overview
As a Group Account Director, you will lead multi-disciplinary account teams to deliver transformative, integrated campaigns across key accounts. You will drive agency strategy, anticipate industry trends, and mentor senior leaders, ensuring alignment with the agency’s vision while influencing measurable client and business outcomes.
This role combines strategic leadership, enterprise-wide campaign oversight, team development, and business growth responsibility. You are expected to shape agency culture, lead high-stakes client engagements, and drive performance across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities
Strategic Focus & Impact
Leads multi-disciplinary account teams, drives agency strategy, and anticipates industry trends.
Develops next-generation leaders and mentors senior leaders.
Ensures team alignment with the agency’s strategic vision.
Delivers transformative results through strategic leadership across key accounts.
Client Relationship Management
Owns key client relationships across the agency and serves as a senior trusted advisor.
Builds long-term partnerships and advise clients on strategic, multi-channel initiatives.
Campaign & Data Management
Oversee large, complex campaigns across teams.
Drives analytics-led strategy and ensures data-informed decision-making.
Monitors campaign performance, providing insights to optimize outcomes.
Team Leadership & Culture
Shapes agency-wide team culture and coaches next-level leaders.
Fosters collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance environment across account teams.
Financial Oversight
Oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of multiple accounts.
Monitors budgets, forecasts, and profitability across campaigns and accounts.
New Business Development
Leads key pitch efforts and drives growth across major accounts.
Identifies opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships.
Knowledge & Expertise
Operates at the intersection of strategic leadership and operational integration.
Brings deep expertise in client service and a working command of related disciplines to lead complex, multi-channel initiatives.
Soft Skills
Communicates vision and direction with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in account management, advertising, or related fields.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage senior client relationships.
Strong strategic, financial, and operational skills.
Demonstrated success in business growth, multi-channel campaign leadership, and talent development.
