Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is creating production-ready imprints and virtual mockups for promotional products. The ideal candidate will have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to accurately prepare artwork for a variety of promotional items.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare customer artwork for promotional product imprints.
• Resize and format artwork to meet the correct imprint specifications for each product.
• Add or edit customer information such as company names, phone numbers, websites, logos, and other requested details.
• Produce realistic virtual mockups showing how artwork will appear on promotional products, including:
• Pens
• Tote bags
• Mugs
• Apparel
• Drinkware
• Office products
• And other promotional items
  
• Ensure all artwork meets production requirements and maintains high quality standards.
• Organize and manage design files for efficient production.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure artwork accuracy and timely completion.
• Assist with additional graphic design projects as needed, including creating:
• Flyers
• Business cards
• Brochures
• Marketing materials
• Other print and digital collateral
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and print production.
• Experience preparing artwork for print or promotional products is preferred.
• Ability to follow artwork specifications and production guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience working in the promotional products, printing, or branded merchandise industry.
• Knowledge of vector artwork, file preparation, and print-ready production files.
