Your Role

We are a creative sport and culture company that is focused on creations made to matter, collaborations made to be different and stories that are made to be told. You will be working across a diverse range of projects ranging from brand campaigns and tactical promotional initiatives to engagement campaigns and communications.

Your role is to help us visually and creatively bring to life high quality creative solutions for our clients.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Understand and deliver creative concepts aligned with brand direction and guidelines.
• Create captivating content that brings clients social media presence to life.
• Develop visual concepts and design campaign materials for various mediums.
• Ensure artwork meets the specifications for desired channels.
• Manage multiple deadlines and think ahead in a fast-paced environment.
• Present ideas through mood boards and concepts.
• Communicate design rationale internally and with clients.
• Organize workload and time management efficiently.
• Bring a can do, proactive attitude every day.
  
  

Experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years experience in Graphic Design roles (full-time or freelance)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design
• Proven experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience in an agency setting is a bonus but not essential for this role.

Skills

• Demonstrates strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Possesses advanced knowledge of the graphic production process.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Additional skills in illustration, animation, and motion graphics are a plus.
• Exhibits strong conceptual skills and a keen eye for design, layout, and typography.
• Broad thinker capable of providing diverse design solutions for the business and clients.
• Well-versed in current design trends and popular content across social media platforms.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated team player open to exploring new approaches.
• Works efficiently and confidently within tight deadlines, both independently and collaboratively.
