GL MANAGEMENT REPORTING ASSOCIATE

The GL Management Reporting Associate is directly responsible for the accurate preparation, analysis and timely submission of various BPI Group reports on GL/SL discrepancies, GL abnormalities/floats, Key Risk Indicators and Non-Credit Loss Provisioning for referral to different levels of Management for their analysis, investigation and proper disposition.

Responsibilities

• Substantially accurate preparation and timely submission/referral of the following reports to different levels of management and concerned units for their analysis, investigation and proper disposition:
• Semi-monthly referral of the GL Abnormalities, Temporary/HOBA floats and Reciprocal Accounts Discrepancies.
• Monthly referral of Automated GL-SL reconciliation exception report of various system applications.
• Monthly report on outstanding HOBA Inter-Office floats;
• Monthly report on Miscellaneous Assets/Miscellaneous Liabilities-Difference Accounts;
• Monthly report on Key Risk Indicators (KRI);
• Quarterly report on loss provisioning of other risk assets;
• Quarterly report on GL/SL Discrepancies and unsubmitted Monthly Proof and Verification Reports (MPVR)
• Evaluate work processes and suggests simplification methods/straight thru processing / automation.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

• Bachelors degree graduate in Accountancy or equivalent
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
