Purpose

This role provides healthcare services to IDEMIAs employees

Key Missions

Provides health services and programs to the organization’s employees on company premises
Maintains and updates the medical recordkeeping system including patient records, medical leaves of absence, etc
Orders medical supplies, maintains inventory, and records authorizations
Plans and prepares the doctor’s appointment
Carries out medical examinations of legal origin for IDEMIAs employees on-site
Provides first-aid in case of emergency and/or redirects employees who are victims of work-related accidents or incidents to the appropriate structures
Provides medical care to employees in need (in the nurse’s field of competency)
Contributes to local communications on health
Conducts the full spectrum of activities
