What You’ll Do

  • Advise clients on pre-renewals and renewals verbally and via email/phone, responding within 24 hours where possible.
  • Liaise with Team Leader on technical queries before responding.
  • Keep accurate file notes of all communications and decisions.
  • Renewals & Policy Management
  • Re-market renewals to at least three markets for manual policies.
  • Review coverage, premiums, excess, and conditions, negotiating with insurers as needed.
  • Record outcomes via electronic platforms and demonstrate broking efforts to clients.
  • Assist the claims team and act as first point of contact for clients.
  • Set clear expectations and guide clients through claims processes.
  • Follow Team Leader directives and adapt to changing workloads.
  • Support colleagues, contribute to office duties, and maintain professionalism and courtesy.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Tier 2 qualification, working towards Tier 1.
  • Experience in insurance broking or administrative support within a financial services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), Adobe, and broking systems such as Insight and Winbeat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Knowledge of RG 271 and industry compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.


Work Set Up

Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT), hybrid setup 2 days in the office.
