About The Job Full Stack Web Developer

The Full Stack Web Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications that translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions. This role contributes directly to the organizations digital transformation initiatives by testing and implementing new frameworks, tools, and features. The Web Developer ensures applications are secure, scalable, and responsive, while supporting innovation and continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel (PHP) for backend and Vue.js/Nuxt.js or
  
  

• Build responsive, high-performance, and secure web interfaces
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver modern, user-friendly web experiences
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external systems
• Work with AWS-hosted environments (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront) for application deployment and scaling
• Write efficient queries and manage databases (MySQL, MSSQL)
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration workflows
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for speed, security, and reliability
• Maintain clear, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in web development
• Proven track record of building and maintaining secure, scalable, and responsive web applications
  
  

• Solid understanding of MVC architecture and component-based frontend development
• Strong background in building and integrating backend APIs
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront) is a plus
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or AWS CodeCommit)
• Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP Framework) and modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js/Nuxt.js or React/Next.js
• Strong knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment
• Experience deploying applications to production environments (AWS, cPanel, or VPS)
