Full Stack Engineer

Salary Range: $866 to $1,213 per month

Join a growing technology operation transforming internally built outreach tools into a scalable software platform for the merchant cash advance industry. Play a key role in developing new features, strengthening the platform’s architecture, and continuously improving a product as it moves into a polished production environment.

What You'll Do:

• Build, maintain, and improve front-end and back-end features using JavaScript and Python, working within the existing Next.js environment and company architecture.
• Work with SQL and relational databases, maintaining clean structures and relationships while preventing duplicate or poorly organized data.
• Debug software issues and make ongoing fixes and improvements as the platform evolves.
• Research solutions independently before escalating routine technical questions.
• Push completed work to GitHub branches for review before publication.
• Use Jira or a similar platform to manage assignments, priorities, and development progress.
• Participate in regular task-setting and progress meetings, especially during onboarding.

Who You'll Work With:

Work closely with the person leading the software project while becoming an integral part of a growing technology operation. You’ll focus on independent development work, technical problem-solving, and building a reliable product without responsibility for client-facing support.

Who We're Looking For:

• Full-Stack Development: Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
• JavaScript & Python: Strong fundamentals in both languages and the ability to safely contribute to an existing production system.
• SQL & Databases: Strong understanding of relational databases, table relationships, database structure, and proper data handling.
• Technical Experience: Must be able to demonstrate strong, practical full-stack development knowledge. Company experience is preferred, but strong freelancers may also be considered if they can clearly demonstrate their technical ability.
• Independent Problem-Solving: Able to take ownership of assigned projects, research unfamiliar issues, and make progress without constant direction.
• Preferred Experience: Next.js and experience with cold-email infrastructure, sequencing, large-scale outreach, or similar marketing technology are a plus, but not required.
