Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance modern web technologies
• Shaping the direction of our architecture, design patterns and stack
• Building modern solutions supporting an event driven, cloud native approach
• Leveraging AI to build smart, AI powered user experiences within our core platform
• Collaborating widely with product owners and fellow engineers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Contributing to continuous innovation, identifying opportunities for process improvements, technical decision-making, and the end-to-end user experience
• Ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to established development standards.
  
  
  

• Strong experience with a proven track record in front-end development using Typescript (React, Vue, Tanstack, TRPC, RSC)
• Solid proficiency in .NET (Core and/or Framework) for backend service development
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including deploying and managing applications within a cloud environment
• A strong commitment to clean code, comprehensive testing, and best practices in software engineering
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices principles, and database technologies (Postgres/MySQL and/or MSSQL)
• Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical details clearly and concisely
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and addressing technical challenges
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm GMT+8) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
