Fulfillment Floor Ops Lead - Scommerce

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end execution of warehouse operations across multiple sites—including inbounding, inventory, fulfillment, and reverse logistics—ensuring SLA compliance and efficiency.
• Guide and enforce operational discipline and SOP adherence on-site; drive accountability and performance through regular site presence and coaching.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse efficiency across locations.
• Conduct strategic analyses (e.g., cost optimization, throughput, delivery performance) to recommend process and network improvements.
• Monitor and manage warehouse budgets, cost drivers, shrinkage, and productivity metrics, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen warehouse talent capability through training, performance management, and succession planning for on-ground teams.
• Produce regular reporting on key warehouse KPIs and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and cross-site standardization
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 8+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations, with multi-site or nationwide scope.
• Strong leadership experience in field or frontline operations.
• Hands-on, disciplined, and execution-focused; comfortable with high-pressure environments and travel-intensive roles.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic, on-ground scenarios.
• Willingness to be based in or frequently travel to warehouse sites nationwide.
