As the number of cyberattacks and digital threats continue to grow, our world needs more passionate and innovative individuals who seek to be trailblazers in and shapers of the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
At Trend Micro, we offer tremendous opportunities that will challenge and equip you to become engineered to do good in whatever path you take. By choosing to be an agent of change, you will be part of an impactful mission that aims to make the world safe for exchanging digital information.
What you'll do
Front-end development
Build, maintain, and optimise eCommerce pages and components for new sales and manual renewal flows
Implement SEO-optimised landing pages that serve as destinations for organic search and all paid media traffic
Write clean, semantic HTML5 and CSS3 with a focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Ensure pages meet Core Web Vitals targets and load efficiently across devices and network conditions common in each target region
Integrate with CMS platforms, tag management systems, and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, and equivalents)
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to build and iterate on landing pages for paid search, display, and affiliate campaigns
UX & design implementation
Partner with the visual designer to translate mock-ups and prototypes into production-ready interfaces
Contribute UX thinking at the design stage raising usability, accessibility, and feasibility considerations before build begins
Conduct light usability reviews and flag friction points in existing flows, particularly the manual renewal and DM-to-online journey
Ensure design consistency across regional variants, adapting layouts for localisation requirements (text expansion, CJK character rendering, form field length)
Support A/B and multivariate testing by implementing test variants cleanly and ensuring accurate tracking
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with the tech lead to align on architecture, code standards, and delivery timelines
Receive briefs from the performance marketing team and translate campaign requirements into page specifications
Participate in discovery sessions with Japanese, Taiwanese, and ANZ business stakeholders listening for requirements that affect front-end scope
Communicate clearly with the program manager (Tokyo) on task status, blockers, and estimates
Quality & maintenance
Maintain a component library or design system to ensure consistency and speed up future builds
Own front-end quality assurance for new page releases testing across devices, browsers, and regional configurations
Monitor and address performance regressions, broken layouts, or tracking issues post-launch
