Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled front and back office specialist who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be handling a variety of tasks to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, text, and email
Communicate with prospects/clients and our staff of agents and service specialists to keep them updated on their application process and assist our licensed agents to service existing contract loans, payment, beneficiary, or other changes.
Create and manage sales and customer service opportunities through our KEAP CRM, entering tasks for staff, contact notes, and opportunity action items as needed.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service
POLICY CASE PREP
- Work with the owner/agent to prepare for new sales presentations. This involves:
- Checking calendar daily for the next days appointments
- Confirm that needed illustrations are loaded into file box
- Provide any other needed documents and/or information
- Followup with previous days meeting to make sure tasks have been set for team members and next steps are added for each opportunity
- Provide status reports as needed for specific contacts or stages in sales process
Marketing and contact management support
- prepare email follow up to contacts through Keap CRM system for certain aspects of the underwriting process, copying owner or opportunity
- email and txt outreach to reschedule calls and other follow up as needed
