Forex Solutions Advisor

Job Summary

This position is responsible to grow the Foreign Exchange (FX) and Multi-currency Investments through branches in support of the flows business by implementing local area plans and portfolio coverage strategies .

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve income and volume targets.
• Distribute targets across assigned areas.
• Execute local activities to increase branch reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and branch staff.
• Provide regular production and performance reports to branches.
• Conduct branch training sessions and workshops.
• Gather feedback from branches and recommend improvements.
• Support local marketing activities and promotions.
• Guide branches on compliant and ethical treasury solutions.
• Monitor performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Manage expenses effectively to maximize results.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Treasury, Financial Markets, and Capital Markets.
• SEC Fixed Income Salesman certification is an advantage.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
