Your Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will:
Build and maintain complex financial models to support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and strategic business cases.
Analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and prior periods, providing clear commentary on variance drivers.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate management dashboards to highlight revenue, cost, and margin trends.
Collaborate with department heads as a business partner to explain cost drivers and support operational investment decisions.
Assist in month-end closing activities by ensuring the integrity of financial data and improving reporting workflows.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
2–5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including mastery of pivot tables, complex lookups, and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and core accounting principles.
Proven ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Preferred Skills/expertise
Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
Previous experience working with enterprise ERP systems or dedicated financial reporting software.
Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle budgeting and rolling forecast processes in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in cost optimization initiatives or evaluating the ROI of capital investments.
Background in a cross-functional role requiring high-level stakeholder management and communication.
