Your Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and strategic business cases.
• Analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and prior periods, providing clear commentary on variance drivers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate management dashboards to highlight revenue, cost, and margin trends.
• Collaborate with department heads as a business partner to explain cost drivers and support operational investment decisions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by ensuring the integrity of financial data and improving reporting workflows.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 2–5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including mastery of pivot tables, complex lookups, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and core accounting principles.
• Proven ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Previous experience working with enterprise ERP systems or dedicated financial reporting software.
• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle budgeting and rolling forecast processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cost optimization initiatives or evaluating the ROI of capital investments.
• Background in a cross-functional role requiring high-level stakeholder management and communication.
