Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Interpersonal skills in building and maintaining client relationship
• Proficient in all basic Microsoft Office applications
• No experience needed but willing to learn and be trained
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Willing to attend onsite meetings in Makati (two Saturdays a month)
