What You’ll Do
Oversee full-spectrum finance activities including sales forecasting, COGS monitoring, and profitability analysis.
Manage month-end close (approx. 10-day process), including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting while ensuring strong financial controls.
Partner cross-functionally on budgeting, planning, and cost analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Drive process improvements, identify efficiency gains, and enhance reporting systems and analytics.
Key Criteria
Minimum of 5 years’ finance management experience at a mid-to-senior level at an FMCG company
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Strong technical understanding of OpEx, COGS, and stock accounting.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (Cin7, Xero, or transferable SAP experience)
Familiarity with Tableau, UK GAAP/IFRS exposure, or experience leading junior staff.
Work setup
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with UK business hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
