The Finance Manager directly oversees the daily operations of the Finance team, identifies areas of improvement for finance processes, and provides recommendations. They conduct data-driven analyses and provide insights to business units, which enable cost-efficient and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate operations
• Conducts data-driven analyses and provides actionable insights to business units and top management to drive company growth and savings
• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance financial systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, including timely tax return preparation, submission, and payments, by keeping up-to-date with BIR rulings and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related role;
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure is preferred, but not required;
• Must work onsite in Makati
