Key Responsibilities

• Steer the company’s multi-year financial strategy, including capital allocation, investment analysis, and fundraising support.
• Direct the transformation of financial data into predictive insights that drive enterprise-wide business decisions and profitability.
• Oversee the design and implementation of sophisticated internal controls and automated financial systems to support hyper-growth.
• Lead high-level negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders to optimize the company’s capital structure.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 6-12 years of experience in finance, with significant time in strategic leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial ecosystems and drive fiscal innovation.
• Must work onsite in Makati City.
