Job Purpose
We're looking for a Finance Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the financial operations of INA Prime Solutions by managing the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable process. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team working alongside internal stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing, accurate payment processing, efficient collections, and reliable financial reporting that supports business success.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Manage and monitor the main Accounting email inbox, ensuring timely distribution and response to enquiries.
- Process and validate supplier invoices for prepayment and post-payment, including invoice matching and reconciliation.
- Generate accurate and timely customer invoices, statements, and other billing documentation.
- Process and reconcile supplier and customer payments while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reconcile supplier statements, debtor accounts, and bank transactions, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to supplier, customer, consultant, and internal stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Raise and follow up on invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update creditor and debtor records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Produce and monitor Accounts Receivable ageing reports and support collection activities, including credit recovery.
- Process credit card transactions and assist with credit applications and supplier payment term negotiations where required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and effective financial controls.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within Finance operations.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret financial data and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and financial/accounting systems, with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated adaptability, integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
