Finance Controller (CPA)

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000

Location: Quiapo, Manila

We are looking for a high-level Finance Controller to serve as the strategic bridge between our daily operations and executive leadership. This isnt just about balancing books; it’s about translating financial data into actionable business strategy.

What You’ll Do

Drive Strategy: Partner with executives to steer the company’s financial direction.
Operational Bridge: Connect the dots between operational realities and financial goals.
Lead & Influence: Provide high-level oversight to the finance department and ensure compliance and efficiency.

Who You Are

Must-Have: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Experience: 3–5 years of proven leadership experience.

Mindset: You see the big picture and can communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
