Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for a Finance Controller. The Finance Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage financial reporting processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, overseeing accounting operations, maintaining internal controls, and offering strategic financial guidance to the organization. The Finance Controller will play a key role in supporting decision-making and optimizing financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Accounting, and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Proven experience in financial management and strategy
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a strong advantage
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
• Experience in Insurance industry is highly preferred
