• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of combined experience in General Accounting and Office Administration in the Philippines.
• Proficiency in Xero (preferred but not required) and expert-level familiarity with BIR eFPS, eBIRForms, and government portals (SSS/PHIC/HDMF).
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine taxation (VAT, EWT, and CWT/2307 processes).
• Proven experience in handling business permit renewals (ideally with the Makati LGU) and statutory employee benefits administration.
• Experience coordinating with 3rd-party agencies for Legal/Immigration (9g/AEP) or building management is a significant advantage.
