• Manage daily cost reviews, sales/order variances, invoice coding checks, and site queries.
• Prepare weekly performance dashboards, cost variance commentary, and support weekly P&L.
• Execute month-end activities: journals, reconciliations, P&L/BS reports, and forecast files.
• Lead quarterly and annual tasks including job reconciliations, cost roll-ups, and NRV/slob analysis.
• Provide ongoing financial insights, process optimisation, and internal control improvements.
  
  
  

• At least 3 years of manufacturing finance experience across multi-site operations.
• Hands-on SAP expertise and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with costing, inventory, and variance analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet strict weekly/month-end deadlines.
• FMCG experience, FP&A exposure, Power BI familiarity, Coupa, or CPA/CMA are a plus.
  
  
  

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
