Job Description

Provides on-site engineering and technical support, maintenance, and field operations for company products. This may include a variety of troubleshooting of systems and software. Ongoing activities may include equipment maintenance, systems upgrades, stress testing and necessary systems repairs. May coordinate with regional technical support centers for remote diagnostics and assessment.

The FSE performs, preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance, supports commissioning, and acceptance testing, and ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and contractual obligations. The position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, power conversions, and energy management technologies, with ability to work independently in the field under varying site conditions.
