The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn Growth Strategist to support a fast-moving marketing and advertising agency focused on helping agencies turn conversations into predictable revenue. The team builds and manages full-funnel systems designed to generate demand, convert opportunities, and nurture long-term client relationships.

This role plays a critical part in driving LinkedIn-based outreach and appointment generation, working closely with internal team members to maintain consistent pipeline activity for clients. The ideal candidate is highly independent, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing outbound activity that results in booked meetings.

You will collaborate daily with the internal team while taking ownership of LinkedIn outreach execution and appointment-setting performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn outreach and outbound activity designed to generate qualified conversations and meetings
  • Conduct cold outreach and appointment-setting efforts through LinkedIn
  • Coordinate outreach initiatives with internal team members to support client pipeline goals
  • Track activity and performance metrics related to outreach and booked meetings
  • Manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously across different client accounts
  • Maintain organized workflows using collaboration and communication tools
  • Consistently generate 2–4 booked meetings per week per client through LinkedIn outreach efforts


Compensation

Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,000 – ₱42,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidates experience level.

Core Technical Skills Required

  • LinkedIn outbound outreach and appointment setting
  • Project management and coordination across multiple initiatives
  • Resource planning and workflow organization for outreach campaigns
  • Marketing analytics and reporting related to outreach performance
  • Experience using Slack, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn for daily operations


Professional Skills Required

  • High level of self-direction with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail when managing outreach activity and communications
