Job Description

Own end-to-end execution of events, be it internal, external, virtual, or hybrid.
Develop plans, timelines, briefs, and manage vendors.
Strictly work within forecasted budget.
Look out for out of the box concepts.
Produce captivating and non-conventional content.
Create presentations and decks. Take event and day to day photos/videos both for social media and corporate content.
Ensure all experiences reinforce the brand’s core messaging, voice, and narrative.
Identify opportunities.
Act as primary point of contact between Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Minimum Qualifications

Three to five (3-5) years experience in Corporate Events, Experiential Communications, or Content-led Communications.
Experience in managing budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
Strength in managing vendors and production partners.
Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing background.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Background in design, content creation, and digital communications.
Strong organizational skills.
Resourceful, calm, and effective under pressure.
Proactive risk identification and contingency planning.
Detail oriented with a strong follow through.
