Job Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of events, be it internal, external, virtual, or hybrid.
  • Develop plans, timelines, briefs, and manage vendors.
  • Strictly work within forecasted budget.
  • Look out for out of the box concepts.
  • Produce captivating and non-conventional content.
  • Create presentations and decks. Take event and day to day photos/videos both for social media and corporate content.
  • Ensure all experiences reinforce the brand’s core messaging, voice, and narrative.
  • Identify opportunities.
  • Act as primary point of contact between Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Three to five (3-5) years experience in Corporate Events, Experiential Communications, or Content-led Communications.
  • Experience in managing budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strength in managing vendors and production partners.
  • Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing background.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in design, content creation, and digital communications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Resourceful, calm, and effective under pressure.
  • Proactive risk identification and contingency planning.
  • Detail oriented with a strong follow through.
