The Opportunity

This opportunity is with a growing real estate-focused organization operating across construction, property management, and development. The team manages projects from concept to completion while maintaining a diverse portfolio, supported by structured systems and strong internal collaboration. This role plays a critical part in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and aligned across multiple business functions. You will work closely with leadership and internal team members to ensure workflows, communication, and project coordination run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, internal coordination, and day-to-day priorities
  • Coordinate communication across internal team members to support ongoing operations
  • Maintain and organize internal systems, documentation, and project tracking workflows
  • Build and manage workflows, dashboards, and documentation within Notion
  • Support bookkeeping and financial tracking activities using QuickBooks
  • Assist with project coordination across multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare reports, documents, and materials to support leadership and operational needs


Compensation

Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱64,000 – ₱84,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills Required

  • Executive assistance, project management, and operations coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Notion for workflow management and documentation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 for reporting and communication
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking


Professional Skills Required

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities consistently
