Esports Manager PH-Based

Job Description

• Lead overall esports planning, budgeting, and project management for the Philippines.
• Design and execute annual esports calendars (e.g., national leagues, qualifiers, and other local competitions).
• Manage operational workflows, including registration, tournament logistics, team communications, and on-site event delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, production houses, event agencies, and other external partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, influencer, and creative teams to grow esports visibility and drive participation.
• Align closely with regional esports and marketing leads to ensure consistent standards and best practices across markets.
• Oversee community tournaments, grassroots initiatives, and third-party tournaments to strengthen the overall esports ecosystem in the Philippines.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the esports industry, ideally in esports or league operations for battle royale or shooting games.
• Experience and passion in the gaming industry is a plus.
• Strong project management and budget control skills, with proven experience delivering large-scale events.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, able to manage internal teams and multiple external vendors.
• Deep understanding of esports operations, broadcast production, and content planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage local stakeholders and regional alignment.
• Physically based in the Philippines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Comfortable in leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data analysis assistants) to enhance productivity, support analysis, and improve decision-making workflows.
