The Role

As the EasyPark ANZ (EPANZ) region continues to scale, we are evolving our finance structures to support our growing footprint. We are looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team in the Philippines to take ownership of the accounting duties for the EPANZ Group (covering both Australian and Philippine domiciled entities). Reporting directly to the EPANZ CFO, you will manage the end-to-end accounting function from bookkeeping through to Trial Balance. This is a pivotal role that allows the CFO to focus on strategic growth while you ensure the financial engine of the region runs with precision and integrity. You will work closely with our finance support team and collaborate with stakeholders across the global Arrive network.

How to make an impact

• End-to-End Financial Management: Take full responsibility for the accounting cycle, ensuring accurate trial balances and general ledger reconciliations are completed in a timely manner..
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the timely processing of vendor payments, and manage the Debtors Aged Trial Balance to ensure all collections are current.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly KPI data and provide meaningful analysis on budget variances and cost-center performance to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure 100% on-time operator payments and meet all monthly statutory obligations, including GST and Payroll Taxes.
• Collaboration & Support: Work positively with the finance support team to ensure seamless processing and provide training and development support to the team in Subic Bay.

Your background

• Qualified Accountant with significant experience in end-to-end accounting functions and trial balance preparation.
• Proven expertise in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and complex bank/intercompany reconciliations.
• Technical proficiency in financial systems and a knack for developing cost-center reporting and variance analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting strict internal and external monthly/annual deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to travel regularly to Subic Bay to support and train local team members.
  
  

This role is based in the Philippines (with regular travel to Subic Bay)

The role requires regular attendance in Subic Bay, but the successful applicant may be based in Manila and travel as required. Depending on the applicant’s location it’s likely mainly WFH however in the event that we ever opened an office in Manila the applicant would be expected to work from either that office or the Subic office on a regular basis.
