Job Description

  • HR Service Delivery and Program Implementation
    • Implements HR programs and services in coordination with internal departments, external stakeholders, and department managers.
    • Ensures effective execution of Employee Onboarding and Employee Engagement programs in alignment with HRD objectives.
    • Supports the end-to-end employee experience lifecycle, from onboarding through engagement and retention.
  • Employee Onboarding and Integration Management
    • Designs, coordinates, and executes onboarding programs for new hires.
    • Ensures completion of pre-employment and onboarding documentation requirements.
    • Coordinates with QSERV-ISU and Admin for system access, tools, and workspace readiness.
    • Conducts learning orientation sessions covering company policies, organizational culture, structure, and HR compliance.
    • Monitors onboarding progress and ensures smooth integration during the probationary period.
    • Maintains onboarding records and ensures compliance with documentation and audit requirements.
    • Evaluates onboarding effectiveness and recommends process improvements.
  • Employee Benefits and Compliance Engagement Programs
    • Designs and implements employee engagement strategies, initiatives, and company-wide programs, including employee benefits and government compliance programs.
    • Conducts employee engagement surveys, including pulse, satisfaction, and feedback surveys, and analyzes results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Develops and implements action plans based on engagement data to ensure continuous improvement of employee experience and engagement programs.
    • Collaborates with cross-functional departments to strengthen workplace culture, improve morale, and enhance overall employee experience.
    • Supports Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, as well as wellness and work-life balance programs across the organization.
    • Monitors employee engagement and onboarding KPIs, prepares dashboards, and generates periodic management reports for review and decision-making.
    • Analyzes engagement trends and provides data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Prepares, consolidates, and maintains HRD documentation, including onboarding records, engagement reports, employee records, and other HR compliance documents
  • Process Improvement and ISO27001:2022 compliance.
    • Reviews onboarding and engagement processes for continuous improvement and ISO27001:2022 compliance alignment.
    • Implements standardized HR processes, controls, and documentation practices
  • HR Operations Support and Governance
    • Supports HR operational activities aligned with organizational goals and strategic direction.
    • Responds to employee and HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assists in HR policy implementation, updates, and communication.
  • Other Duties and Ad Hoc
    • Performs other duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities as may be assigned by the HR Supervisor/Head and/or Executive Management-Human Resources, Administration, Accounting and Finance, Corporate Planning and Business Development, and Corporate Communication, in support of organizational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Work Experience. At least one (1) year of relevant experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Specialist, Generalist, or in a similar role. Experience in recruitment and employee engagement is an advantage.
  • Core Competencies
    • Technical (Hard) Skills
      • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Human Resources functions, processes, and responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards.
      • Experience in key HR functions, including recruitment, selection, placement, and employee engagement.
      • Proficiency in HR and office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Canva, and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Kalibrr, as well as other relevant HR systems and digital platforms.
    • Behavioral (Soft) Skills
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Effective time management, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Educational Background
    • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial or Clinical Psychology, Business Management Administration, or any relevant field.
    • Certifications and Government Licenses. Professional Regulation Commission certification or other relevant HR certifications in the Philippines are an advantage, but not required.
