We are looking for an Activations Specialist to execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, working closely with Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters, and contributing to strong client outcomes. The role offers exposure to campaign performance and continuous learning, with the opportunity to grow skills and take on broader responsibilities over time.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead the setup, execution and performance monitoring of campaigns across channels (email, SMS, etc.)
Identify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and suggest actionable solutions.
Collaborate with Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Analyze campaign data to spot patterns, anomalies and opportunities.
Suggest process improvements and take ownership of your campaigns.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients when needed.
Manage multiple campaigns and tasks while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1–3 years experience in digital marketing, campaign execution or related roles

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar tools
Experience in email, SMS, or digital campaigns is a plus
Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills
