Your Role

As an Email Marketing & eNewsletter Operations Specialist , you will :

• Schedule and deploy daily, weekly, and ad-hoc newsletters and eDM campaigns
• Build email campaigns using provided templates, content, and creative assets
• Ensure correct audience lists, segmentation, and suppression rules are applied
• Coordinate send times and calendars across multiple brands or newsletters
• Verify subject lines, preheaders, sender details, and from-names
• QA email formatting across desktop and mobile
• Validate all links, tracking parameters, and calls-to-action
• Confirm correct ad placements, sponsored content, and disclosures
• Test emails internally prior to deployment and resolve issues before launch
• Confirm successful sends and monitor immediate delivery issues
• Identify and flag bounces, errors, or deliverability concerns
• Assist with basic performance reporting (open rate, CTR, delivery)
• Maintain send logs, checklists, and documentation
• Follow established email workflows and SOPs
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders when issues arise
• Manage multiple newsletters and deadlines simultaneously
• Ensure all campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and internal policies
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 1–3+ years experience managing email campaigns or newsletters
• Hands-on experience with (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Mailchimp, Sailthru, Iterable, Campaign Monitor, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and QA discipline
• Understanding of email best practices (deliverability, formatting, testing)
• Comfortable working with calendars, deadlines, and checklists
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Experience supporting multiple brands or high-volume sends
• Familiarity with HTML email templates (editing, not coding from scratch)
• Experience working with advertising-supported newsletters
• Knowledge of UTM tracking and basic analytics
• Prior experience working with distributed or offshore teams
