E-Commerce Strategy Development
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance online presence and drive sales growth.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the e-commerce website to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
Digital Marketing Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

Budget Management
Manage the e-commerce budget to ensure cost-effective operations and maximize ROI.
Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize e-commerce performance.
Team Leadership
Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
Coordinate with product management to ensure timely addition of new products to the online store.
SEO And User Experience
Maintain and improve the website's SEO to increase organic traffic and enhance visibility.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

Skills And Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have/be able to demonstrate the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or anything related
Minimum of 14 years of experience in Sales and E-Commerce handling both marketplaces and dot com
Experience in managing large-scale digital projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant e-commerce and marketing software.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Strong leadership qualities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
