• Develop, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++, extensions, and approved development patterns.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and specifications.
• Support system upgrades, data migrations, integrations, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across F&O modules, ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities to maintain solution quality.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment processes to support long-term maintainability.
• Work with Azure DevOps to manage development tasks, version control, and release pipelines.
• Engage in continuous improvement by adopting best practices aligned with the Microsoft roadmap and platform standards.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of ERP architecture, extension-based development, and integration patterns.
• Exposure to core F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Project Operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team-based delivery environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, or Agile delivery environments is considered a plus.
