What You’ll Do
Convert business needs into functional specifications and solution designs within Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules.
Configure and tailor SCM features to align with client processes while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Provide post‑implementation support, resolve functional issues, and drive continuous improvements in SCM processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse supply chain requirements across procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, logistics, and sales.
Document business processes, configuration decisions, and user procedures to support long‑term sustainability.
Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SCM and related systems such as Finance, Project Operations, and external platforms.
Lead workshops, user training sessions, and UAT activities to support effective solution adoption and change enablement.
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Production Control, Sales & Marketing).
Strong capability in configuring and customizing D365 F&O to address complex supply chain requirements.
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and recognized operational best practices.
Demonstrated experience in business process mapping, functional design, and requirements gathering.
Experience working on large‑scale or multi‑entity ERP implementations.
Knowledge of data migration approaches, testing methodologies, and best‑practice user training processes.
Excellent communication skills with strong capability in stakeholder management and delivering presentations.
Work setup
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours in a hybrid set up.
