What You’ll Do

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Dynamics 365 F&O and BC environments, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimisation or improvement.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and support configurations.
  • Assist with data corrections, batch jobs, and integrations using tools like Dual Write, APIs, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and release management across both platforms.
  • Maintain documentation of support procedures, known issues, and resolution steps.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features, extensions, and integrations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer experience.


Key Criteria

  • Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Business Central environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations.
  • Understanding of AL (for BC), X++ (for F&O), and integration tools like Power Automate, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and remote collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.


Work setup:

    • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
