Driver Operations Associate - Onboarding

We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate who will help work together with the Onboarding team as we continue to deliver our vision.

What You Will Do

• Callout assigned driver leads to assist and follow-up in accomplishing their application from start to end
• Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining Lalamove as a partner-driver to ensure that the target is consistently met
• Responsible for validating driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary to meet targets and/or complete assigned responsibilities
  
  

Who We Seek

• College graduate or currently pursuing a degree (preferred but not required).
• Experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Lalamove platform or ride-hailing/delivery operations is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with dashboards and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, especially during peak hours.
