We are seeking for a Driver Operations - Assistant Manager who will lead the Driver Growth Team, drive fleet acquisition and management initiatives, and support all Luzon hubs while being based at our PITX office.
What You Will Do
Leadership and Team Management
Lead and manage Driver Hubs and Fleet Acquisition teams across Luzon, ensuring stable onboarding, acquisition, fleet supply, and performance targets are consistently achieved.
Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and development activities for both onboarding associates and fleet management staff to build a high-performing, motivated team.
Drive Leads Growth, Fleet Acquisition, and Onboarding
Execute strategies to grow the foot traffic across Luzon Hubs in collaboration marketing team.
Drive fleet acquisition efforts by identifying, sourcing, and securing partnerships with truck operators, fleet owners, dealerships, and financing the end-to-end process for driver and fleet acquisition, from lead generation to onboarding and activation.
Support Expansion of Luzon Hubs
Support the opening of new hubs by securing early driver and fleet supply for onboarding and coordinating readiness with local operations teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational ramp-up during new hub launch.
Operational Optimization & Reporting
Review and enhance workflows, processes, and team ways of working to improve efficiency and scale output.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Track key driver and fleet metrics, evaluate acquisition effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What We Seek
A proven people leader with experience managing large and diverse teams, including networks of drivers, truck operators, and fleet partners. You bring an enthusiastic, hands-on attitude and are passionate about growing and empowering local communities.
A strong business development mindset with the ability to identify, build, and maintain relationships with fleet owners, operators, dealerships, associations, and other supply partners.
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and regional requirements without compromising output or quality.
A data-driven and performance-oriented approach, able to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and make sound decisions that strengthen driver and fleet supply.
A collaborative and strategic thinker who can work closely with cross-functional teams to support hub performance, new market launches, and fleet growth initiatives across Luzon.
What You’ll Need
At least 3 years of experience in people management and fleet or truck operator sourcing, preferably involving partnerships with car/truck dealerships, financing institutions, or trucking associations.
Background in on-demand delivery, e-commerce logistics, or traditional logistics is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong skills in reporting, data interpretation, and performance tracking.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders, fleet partners, and internal teams.
Willingness to work onsite at the PITX office, with regular fieldwork across Luzon as needed.
