What You’ll Do

  • Establish and maintain communication with custodians of record to obtain required documents within client deadlines.
  • Follow up consistently and escalate as due dates approach to ensure timely record delivery.
  • Accurately document all communications, updates, and order progress in the internal system.
  • Coordinate field appointments, including addresses, contacts, and required materials.
  • Collaborate with team members, assist with calls, and support overall departmental operations.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience as a US Customer Service Representative or similar role in medical, legal, or insurance claims, preferably handling outbound calls.
  • Skilled in managing multiple phone lines and high call volumes with excellent telephone communication.
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn new concepts.


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Central Standard hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM (10:00PM – 7:00AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
