Distributor Managers (DMs) is responsible for managing and growing the business within a defined region by overseeing distributor performance, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction through effective distributor management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Sound knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and budgeting
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelors degree in business or related field
• Previous experience in sales or as a sales manager
• With existing network of potential and qualified distributor in the assigned area
