What You’ll Do
Develop and execute distribution strategies across direct, OTA, and third-party channels to maximize reach, conversion, and revenue performance.
Optimize channel mix to balance cost of acquisition, profitability, and overall booking performance.
Manage key distribution partners and platforms, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics including conversion, cost of sale, and revenue contribution, providing insights to stakeholders.
Ensure rate parity, accurate inventory mapping, and system integrity across all booking channels and platforms.
Oversee channel manager and booking system integrations, troubleshooting connectivity issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.
Lead and develop the distribution team, providing coaching, direction, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align strategies and support campaigns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across distribution processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum four years experience in channel/distribution management, revenue management, digital channels within the hospitality/property industry is a must.
Proven experience in tools such as SynXis Central Reservation System, IDeaS Revenue Management System, and RMS Cloud Property Management System.
Strong experience managing online distribution platforms including OTAs, direct channels, and third-party booking systems.
Proven analytical capability with experience interpreting performance data, reporting, and driving actionable insights.
Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of cost of sale, channel profitability, and revenue optimization.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop, coach, and manage team members.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 1x onsite per month.
Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid set up of 1x onsite per month.
