Digital outreach is central to how CyberOne identifies, engages and converts ideal customers into qualified opportunities. This Digital Outreach role owns outbound prospecting and early-stage engagement across LinkedIn and email, using social selling and targeted Hubspt Sequences to start the right conversations, nurture interest and book high-quality discovery calls for the Sales team. Working day-to-day with Marketing and in close alignment with Sales, you will combine sharp messaging, with the latest Marketing content and activities, great research and disciplined CRM hygiene (Hubspot) to accelerate pipeline and support revenue growth.
What Youll Be Doing
Prospect Identification & List Building
Identify and prioritise target accounts and personas aligned to CyberOne’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and approved databases) to build prospect lists, map buying committees and uncover trigger events.
Maintain a high-quality target list with clear segmentation by persona, industry and intent signals.
Digital Outreach & Engagement
Initiate contact using tailored outeach: LinkedIn connection and messaging, personalised emails and (where appropriate) short video messages.
Create and run multi-channel outreach sequences: Utilise HubSpot Sales Hub (e.g., tasks, sequences, templates) to drive consistent activity.
Use social selling techniques to build credibility: commenting, sharing relevant insights and warming prospects before outreach.
Nurturing, Content & Campaign Support
Manage nurture campaigns for prospects not ready to buy, sharing relevant content and value-led follow-ups.
Partner with Marketing on messaging, offers and assets to improve conversion (e.g., case studies, webinars, guides).
Schedule and confirm discovery calls, ensuring clear agendas and context is captured for Sales handover.
Lead Qualification & Conversion
Qualify inbound and outbound responses against agreed criteria (ICP fit, pain points, urgency, stakeholders, next steps).
Progress engaged prospects through defined funnel stages to convert into sales-accepted opportunities.
Maintain a tight feedback loop with Sales on lead quality, objections and messaging performance.
Data Management, Reporting & Optimisation
Use Hubspot and outreach tools to track all interactions and maintain accurate contact/account records.
Monitor engagement metrics (opens, clicks, replies, meeting conversion) and report insights to improve performance.
Continuously test and optimise subject lines, copy, offers, sequences and targeting—running simple experiments and documenting learnings.
Stay informed on new outreach and automation tools; recommend innovations that improve productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
1–3+ years’ experience in a B2B sales development / outbound / digital outreach role (SDR/BDR) or similar.
Demonstrated success booking and qualifying meetings via LinkedIn and Email outreach.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a CRM (HubSpot preferred), including sequences and activity tracking.
Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with targets and managing a structured daily activity cadence.
Highly Desirable
Experience in B2B technology, IT services or cyber security environments.
Experience with additional prospecting/intent tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism) and video messaging (e.g., Loom, Vidyard).
HubSpot Academy certifications (Sales Hub, Inbound Sales) or equivalent.
Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
