What You’ll Do

  • Transform raw ideas, notes, and videos from the Director into polished, engaging content across multiple formats.
  • Create and manage social media posts, captions, short-form videos, blogs, and email campaigns to build brand authority.
  • Maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar with scheduled assets ready for publication.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and market-specific terminology for high-end residential clients.
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and YouTube, ensuring consistent activity.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to messages/comments promptly, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube, ensuring budget compliance and timely lead delivery to CRM.
  • Manage CRM workflows, pipelines, and automations to maintain 100% data integrity and accurate lead tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting results, insights, and recommendations for optimization.


Key Criteria

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, etc. or related field with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Studio for campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred), including workflows and automations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage high-quality content across social media platforms; strong portfolio required.
  • Advanced skills in Canva and CapCut for design and video editing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage digital marketing in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of high-end service businesses or residential construction; familiarity with QLD/NSW markets is highly valued.


Work Set Up

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6.00 AM – 3.00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
