Digital Marketing Officer

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-driven Digital Marketing Officer to help grow our brand, products, and customer base through effective digital marketing and product communications.

You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, support product launches, and use data to improve performance. We’ll provide structured training to help you build deep product knowledge and strengthen your skills with modern digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional
  activities
• Manage and grow our social media, website, and other digital channels
• Create and coordinate engaging social media content, articles, videos, product communications, and promotional materials
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives
• Own and maintain product messaging, positioning, branding, website content, store listings, and release communications
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, engagement, and SEO metrics, and provide actionable insights
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines across marketing, leadership, development, QA, design, and other teams
• Support lead generation and customer engagement, working with Sales and other teams to improve conversion
• Support enterprise client onboarding, product training, and customer communications as needed
• Help maintain knowledge-base documentation, product information, and other customer-facing resources
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and other partners when required

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, project management, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and analytics
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and turn data into actionable recommendations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a willingness to question assumptions and identify opportunities or risks
• Comfortable working with technology, software, e-commerce, SaaS, or AI products
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and different teams
