Job Description

As a DevOps/Functional Ops, you will operate in a multi-disciplinary role whereby Bots knowledge, IT Automation, Operations and stakeholder management are key in your day-to-day activities. As such, knowledge of IT Operations is a must. Knowledge of the ING in-house-built Bots system is a big plus.
Together with your IT colleagues in Amsterdam, Singapore, Manilla and Bangalore you will create new functionality for our global user base;
Analyze, discuss, build, test and implement the requirements regarding changes requested by our users.
Provide Operational support to the BOTS ecosystem from a Functional perspective, including issue investigation, resolution coordination, and user guidance.
Standby support for End of Day Process on a rotation basis with your teammates.
Support Application Development by providing analysis, regression testing, automated testing, among other tasks.
Work in an Agile environment with sprints of two weeks.
Implement and document ING’s IT Risk & Security controls.
Work on improving the current process through automation and identify improvements in the Customer Journey.

What You Bring To The Team

Experience as Functional/Operations engineer or business analyst.
Linux proficiency
Experience working with databases (Oracle)
Knowledge of Financial Markets products.
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Snow.
Experience or affinity with IT Risk & Security concepts.
Experience with working on Magic XPA software is a big plus.
Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Flexible on being on call/support when needed
A university degree, in Business Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to share knowledge with others in the team.
You thrive in a team setting and enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
