Job Summary

Prepares shop drawings and maintains drawing standards for technical consistency. Ensures technical documentation aligns with project requirements and supports final order sheet accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings based on project and client requirements.
• Ensure all drawings follow company technical standards and specifications.
• Maintain and update standard drawing templates for consistency.
• Check accuracy of dimensions, materials, and technical details before release.
• Coordinate with the Quotation team to confirm technical feasibility.
• Prepare order sheets aligned with approved drawings.
• Support ordering process by ensuring technical accuracy of orders.
• Keep records of drawings, revisions, and orders for compliance.
• Suggest improvements for technical processes and standardization.
  
  

• Accurate and complete shop drawings and order sheets submitted on time.
• Standardized drawing templates maintained and updated.
• Zero major errors in dimensions, specifications, or materials.
• Drawings and orders aligned with client requirements.
• Well-documented drawing files, revision history, and order records.
• Improved consistency and efficiency in technical documentation and ordering.
  
  

• Fresh graduate from technical courses (Architecture, Drafting Technology, Engineering, or related).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Willing to be trained in company standards and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
