Demand Planner

The Demand Planner will play an important role in ensuring that Production, Logistics and Sales are aligned through accurate demand forecasting and planning. The Demand Planner shall work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production and Purchasing to ensure supply chain efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Develop, review and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, market trends, promotional activities, economic conditions, seasonal variations, competitive actions, technological advancements, government regulations and supply chain disruptions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate new product launches, promotions and customer insights into the demand plan.
• Work closely with Production and Purchasing to align supply and demand plans
• Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments based on performance and market changes.
• Conduct regular demand and supply review meetings (S&OP)
• Coordinate with Logistics and recommend replenishment or production adjustments
• Submit reports and analyses for management on forecast performance and trends and provide recommendations.
