Your Role
This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in financial services, collections, account servicing, or other high-volume account resolution environments. While direct debt settlement experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reviewing account details, working with balances and payment scenarios, and communicating confidently in negotiation-oriented conversations.
Strong English fluency is required, including clear and professional spoken communication that is easily understood in live conversations with U.S.-based clients, creditors, collection agencies, and law firms. This role also requires the ability and willingness to communicate directly with clients when needed by phone and email.
This is an in-office position. This role may involve both account negotiation and direct client communication as business needs require
What Youll Do
Communicate with creditors, collection agencies, law firms, and debt buyers to resolve client accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement outcomes within company guidelines.
Review account balances, client funding, and account status before pursuing resolution options.
Analyze account details and determine the most practical resolution strategy.
Communicate directly with clients when needed by phone and email regarding account status, settlement options, required actions, or follow-up items.
Handle client-facing conversations professionally, clearly, and confidently.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, negotiations, client communications, and outcomes in the CRM.
Follow compliance standards, internal procedures, and performance expectations.
Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while staying organized and detail-oriented.
