As a Database Administrator supporting Thomson Reuters ANZ marketing and events programs, youll own the health, structure, and usability of our delegate and event-contact data - ensuring its accurate, secure, and ready for high-impact reporting, segmentation, and campaign execution. Youll work closely with event marketing and conference producers to turn data into actionable audience insights, improve targeting, and support growth through reliable dashboards, list management, and forecasting-ready datasets.

About The Role

  • Document database procedures and maintain clear audit trails for updates, list builds, and data corrections.
  • Generate and maintain data reporting for multiple business units, delivering accurate reporting on time.
  • Prepare management reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting key trends, performance metrics, and recommended actions.
  • Create repeatable reporting views for event performance, campaign engagement, and audience growth (e.g., opens/clicks, registrations, attendance, conversion rates).
  • Research and source new potential delegate/event contacts across ANZ, aligned to event audience profiles (including custom lunches and sponsor events).

  • Partner with event marketing and conference producers to develop new audience profiles and segmentation approaches for new and existing events.
